Ultra V Hiko Nose Thread Lift By The Clifford Clinic

A week ago I went to my favorite place to get threads in my face in order to add definition to my nose. You might be wondering, no plastic surgery, no fillers but yes to a more defined nose? Its possible with Ultra V Hiko Nose Thread Lift. Depending on the skills of your doctor, a nose threadlift can enhance the shape of your nose tip, more pointed or look smaller.

As you are not surgically changing the nose shape but lifting it with special threads, the changes are subtle (Which is what you want!) Personally, I don't think a dramatic new nose would be nice haha.

How does a nose threadlift work?

Nose threadlift is a non-surgical treatment which uses special PDO (polydixanone) threads. When inserted into strategic places, it acts as a scaffold or structure. Overtime, collagen and tissue fibroblasts would be produced around the thread and gives you the desired definition and shape. When these threads dissolve, it leaves behind your newly defined nose.

Because the nature of my work requires me to always apply heavier than normal makeup when I am on the job, it can really clog my pores or waste much of my time when I have to contour my nose. Sometimes I over contour and I feel like 如花. The PDO threadlift is a miraculous time saver because it saves like 10 minutes of my time. Especially when I suck at contouring!

Dr Chow Yuen How was the doctor who administered the treatment! Results of treatment to your face differs according to the skills of the doctor, so always ensure you are with a reliable doctor you trust!

Ultra V Hiko Nose Thread Lift: The process

Beginning the treatment, you can see these are the threads that will be used for the procedure.

Anesthetic was injected into the nose in a sterilized condition.

Doctor Chow being extremely focused! He actually learnt his craft in Korea, Japan and Philippines! After the thread dissolve, the nose will usually hold its shape for about 1 to 2 years. You can have repeat treatments to support or further enhance it. Nose threadlifts has less risks than nose fillers, which may have risks of migration, lumps or broadening.

Straight after the thread lift! Just a little height added! You can see a little bruising at the middle of my nose, below my mole. Good things was, the bruise was gone within a day. After the treatment, it is not advised to put skin care or makeup 1 day after the treatment. Initially, it is normal to feel discomfort but this usually disappears after a week.

The process did not feel painful at all but I could feel something on my nose. After the procedure, painkillers would be given but I did not take any! It just felt like there was someone pressing lightly on your nose but otherwise I did not feel anything else.

Heres me one week after the threadlift!

Love my more defined nose! Thank you The Clifford Clinic!
